Well, our friend Julie has just given us the best PC I’ve ever had!
Why? Well, in the sauce she used, she included a tiny amount of horseradish, Tabasco and Worcester Sauce. No, it didn’t blow me friggin’ ‘ead orf, it just gave that little kick so needed in a PC.
So, when making a Marie Rose sauce, please consider doing as Julie has just done. Crackin’ it was! (My Marie Rose sauce recipe has already undergone the modification 🙂 )
